Chapter Eighteen
"Uh..." Obi-Wan studied the serious face of Master Mace Windu as the older Jedi stared at him with suspicion in his face.
"Where are you going, Master Kenobi?"
What could Obi-Wan say?
"Uh...uh..."
CRASH!! Both Jedi tore out of the temple to find out what was happening outside. As Obi-Wan went through the door he felt a sharp pull on his arm and he was yanked behind the building. He whirled to face his attacker, who was-
"Anakin??"
"SHHH! Come on!"
Anakin grabbed Obi-Wan's hand and started running towards the apartment. In less than five minutes they were there and Obi-Wan was by Eirtae's side.
"Eirtae'..." he murmured. Anakin made himself comfortable in another room while Obi-Wan comforted his laboring wife. After several hours, he emerged holding a well-wrapped bundle. Anakin jumped up off of the living room couch and stared at his Master. There were tears in his eyes as he announced
"It's a baby girl. We've decided to call her Ri'ma Eliana Kenobi."
Grinning, Anakin raced over to adore his honorary niece.
